Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Return request is made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Item is in its original condition – unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags are still attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Helmets (Full Face, Half Helmets) – Due to safety regulations and hygiene concerns
- Eyewear – For hygiene protection
- Filters (Air, Oil) – Once opened, cannot be resold
- Custom or Personalized Items
- Clearance or Final Sale Items
- Any product that shows signs of use, wear, or damage not related to manufacturing defects
Note: Electronics & Mounts, Dash & Gauges, and Batteries & Electrical items may only be returned if defective and must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Contact Our Rider Support Team
Before shipping anything back, please email our support team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return/exchange
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Do not ship items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once authorized, carefully package your item including:
- The product in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our facility), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We gladly exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process is the same as returns – contact us first for authorization. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost, including prepaid return shipping.
