All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already accepted.

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment

4.2 Shipping Areas

We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once we hand over your package to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

4.4 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
• Item must be in its original condition – unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Original tags must still be attached
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Helmets (Full Face, Half Helmets)
• Eyewear
• Filters (Air, Oil) – once opened
• Custom or Personalized Items
• Clearance or Final Sale Items
• Any product showing signs of use, wear, or damage not related to manufacturing defects

5.3 Return Process

Our step-by-step return process:

1. Contact our Rider Support Team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return
2. Wait for authorization and RMA number (do not ship without this)
3. Package your item with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5.5 Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.

5.6 Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost, including prepaid return shipping.
